Watercolor Gallery

This gallery is a bit of collection of my non-“project” work … work that doesn’t necessarily belong to a series. Some of my first work in watercolor is represented here. There is a real cross-section of work types: from very peaceful, contented-painting to extreme drafting challenges. And all adding to growing me as a watercolorist 🙂

Notes: most are:

  • 8×10 beveled mat
  • 4.5 x 6.5″ image area
  • paper: typically, Arches Aquarelle watercolor paper, mould made in France, 140# cold press watercolor paper 100% pure cotton, acid-free
  • paints: watercolor and graphite (various: Danial Smith, Van Gogh, Blick, etc.)
  • archival mounting: mat, hinge tape, etc are all archival
  • frames, if selected, are black wood
  • Note: artist retains all and sole rights to images (I may, at some time in the future, create prints for sale. The purchaser and owner of the original cannot legally reproduce images of that original without written permission from the artist).

Purchase note: please, if you see an image you like, head off to the blog post (the post’s title and date are under the image). There, you will see better images, details, and insight into why I was inspired to paint it. If you would like to own it, email me at offtheclockmcr@gmail.com for info and purchase choreography.
